01 / An informational coin directory
API Market Exchange is an experiment displaying coins that the operator creates externally. The operator supplies the coin names, tickers and contract addresses for the directory. APIME does not offer token creation or pool creation to visitors. The name Exchange describes the project brand; the current interface is a read-only catalogue, not a transaction venue.
02 / Model prices are reference information
The OpenRouter snapshot records model names and API costs in USD per one million text tokens. Input and output costs remain separate. These figures are historical model-pricing information, not executable token quotes, buy or sell offers, a peg or a valuation of a listed coin. A similar name or numerical price does not provide compute backing or redemption.
03 / Externally created coins
The experiment concerns ordinary model-named tokens created outside this interface. The operator may create, hold or provide external liquidity for listed coins, so the directory should not be treated as independent research about those assets. Model providers do not issue or back a coin merely because their name or logo appears. No coin has an entitlement to inference or API credits through APIME.
04 / What a directory entry contains
The operator records a supplied contract address, chain, name or ticker and model reference. A listing does not require APIME to create a token or a pool. There is no public launch form, listing-submission flow or deployment service. Any later price chart must identify its external data source and display observed history; it must not be presented as a price at which APIME will transact.
05 / No transactional services
Visitors can browse information and optionally connect a browser wallet for address display after agreeing to the terms. APIME does not solicit or accept orders, provide executable trading quotes, match or route trades, prepare or submit transactions, collect funds, custody assets, provide redemption or launch coins for visitors. Its RPC and database connection currently check and cache public network status only.
06 / Scope and responsibility
Informational directory describes the intended product scope, not a legal exemption or regulatory determination. Applicable requirements depend on the actual activities carried out. The operator’s external creation, sale, promotion and liquidity activities also need their own assessment. Neither these docs nor the experiment label establish that registration is unnecessary.
Source & methodology
Catalogue data comes from the public OpenRouter models endpoint. Published per-token prompt and completion rates are multiplied by 1,000,000. Non-numeric or negative rates are excluded. Other billing units are not converted into text-token prices. Proposed tickers are local experiment labels, not provider-issued assets. The six selected cards display frozen output costs as API reference information; APIME does not set or maintain coin prices.
