API MARKET EXCHANGE / LEGAL

Terms & Conditions.

The scope, responsibilities and risks of using the API Market Exchange experiment.

Version 2.1 · Effective 23 September 2026

Privacy PolicyExperiment documentation

01 / Acceptance and eligibility

These Terms and Conditions describe use of API Market Exchange (APIME), an experimental informational coin directory. Read them before connecting a wallet. The agreement checkbox is unchecked by default. Selecting it and connecting confirms your acceptance of these terms and acknowledgement of the Privacy Policy. You can browse the public catalogue without a wallet.

You must be at least 18 and have legal capacity to agree, or a higher minimum age if required where you live. If acting for an organisation, you must have authority to bind it. Do not use the service where doing so is prohibited. The experiment label does not create an exemption from applicable law.

02 / What the experiment provides

APIME displays coins created externally by the operator, their supplied metadata and historical AI model price references. The operator may create, hold or provide external liquidity for listed coins; this is not independent research about those assets. The interface also checks the configured Robinhood network connection. Connecting infrastructure does not establish a deployed token, a functioning pool or verified trading history.

This interface does not launch tokens for visitors, create pools, provide executable trading quotes, accept or match orders, prepare or route transactions, approve spending, sign messages, custody assets, provide inference or sell API credits. There is no account balance, deposit address, withdrawal service or claim to compute. External activities are carried out through separate contracts, wallets and services.

03 / Product scope and regulatory status

The informational-directory description concerns how the current website works. It is not a legal classification, approval or finding that registration is unnecessary. Applicable requirements depend on the actual activities carried out, including relevant activities outside this website.

The operator remains responsible for assessing external token issuance, sales, promotion, liquidity activity and any future exchange-related services. A read-only interface, an experiment label or these terms does not override applicable law. Any change in the service requires a fresh assessment of its actual functions.

04 / API references and coin prices

OpenRouter reference rates are captured at the displayed snapshot time and expressed in US dollars per one million text tokens. Input and output rates differ. Provider selection, model versions, routing, context tiers and non-text charges can change actual API costs. A captured reference is not a current offer to buy inference.

A coin created outside APIME may initially use a numerical price similar to a captured API output rate. That numerical choice does not make one coin redeemable for one million tokens, establish a price peg, reserve or collateral, or require anyone to maintain the price. A token may trade above, below or independently of that reference, or have no market.

05 / Independent tokens and listings

Model-themed tokens are externally deployed digital assets, which may be created by the operator. Names, tickers, images and provider logos identify the model reference; they do not establish provider issuance, sponsorship, partnership, licensing, ownership rights or endorsement. APIME is not affiliated with OpenRouter, the model providers, Robinhood or Uniswap merely because their names or networks appear.

Proposed tickers are local labels. A displayed address or listing is not an audit, certification, investment recommendation or guarantee of authenticity. The operator may correct or remove metadata. There is no entitlement to a listing, a particular ranking, continued display, future chart support or development work.

06 / Wallet connection and security

Connecting requests the public account address and chain ID from your browser wallet. It does not request a transaction, signature, private key, recovery phrase or spending allowance. Connection state and acknowledgement are held in page memory and clear on reload, disconnection, account change or network change. They are not server authentication or a permanent consent record.

You control your wallet and its permissions. Verify the website, network, token addresses and any transaction shown by an external service. Never provide a recovery phrase or private key to APIME. Disconnecting on this site clears its local connection state; revoke any wallet-side permission separately in your wallet if needed.

07 / Market and technology risks

Independent tokens can lose all value. Liquidity may be absent, temporary, concentrated outside the current price or withdrawn. A displayed initial price does not mean the entire token supply can be sold at that price. Slippage, transaction ordering, fees, price manipulation and sudden changes in available liquidity can affect execution on external markets.

Smart contracts, hooks, bridges, RPC providers, wallets and networks may fail or contain vulnerabilities. Token owners may retain powers to mint, pause, restrict transfers or change contract behaviour. Transactions on public networks may be irreversible. APIME cannot recover funds, reverse external transactions or guarantee chain availability or finality.

08 / Data quality and service availability

Reference information may be incomplete, delayed, incorrectly supplied or outdated. A live network indicator means that an RPC endpoint returned the expected chain and a recent block; it does not verify a token, pool, balance, contract safety or price. A temporarily cached block can lag the chain head.

Unavailable market measurements remain unavailable. Future charts require actual pool data and may contain gaps when indexing or providers fail. Do not treat empty history as evidence of no risk, or a chart as an executable quote. The service may be changed, interrupted or discontinued without a promise of uptime or permanent access.

09 / Acceptable use

Do not use APIME to deceive others about compute backing, provider affiliation, guaranteed prices or returns. Do not submit misleading addresses or impersonate a provider or another person. Do not introduce malicious code, attempt unauthorised access, harvest credentials, abuse endpoints, bypass access controls or deliberately interfere with the service.

You are responsible for complying with laws that apply to your activities, including restrictions on unlawful transactions, fraud and market abuse. We may restrict access or remove content where reasonably needed to address misuse, security incidents or legal obligations. This does not guarantee that every harmful activity will be detected.

10 / External services and intellectual property

Links to wallets, model providers, explorers and exchanges lead to independently operated services with their own terms, charges and privacy practices. Inclusion of a link is not an endorsement. APIME does not control their transactions, content, availability or treatment of information.

Third-party names, logos, software and images remain subject to their owners’ rights and applicable licences. Their appearance does not grant permission to reuse them commercially or imply that a model provider authorised a token. Any separately published source-code licence governs that code; these terms do not override third-party licences.

11 / Fees, taxes and advice

This interface currently does not collect a trading fee, sell tokens, take deposits or process payments. External providers, networks and contracts may charge gas, exchange, liquidity or other fees, including on unsuccessful transactions. You are responsible for understanding external charges and any applicable reporting or tax obligations.

Descriptions, price references and arithmetic illustrations are general information, not personalised financial, investment, legal or tax advice. They do not assess your circumstances or recommend that you acquire an asset. No returns, profitability, liquidity or future feature is promised.

12 / Privacy and information handling

The Privacy Policy describes browser-wallet handling, hosting requests, network reads and the database cache. Wallet acknowledgement is separate from consent to optional tracking; this app currently includes no advertising analytics or marketing consent flow. Connecting does not subscribe you to messages.

Do not place secrets or personal information in token metadata, URLs or material intended for a public blockchain. Public-chain information can be copied and retained by unrelated services. APIME cannot delete or control those independent copies.

13 / Disclaimers and responsibility

To the extent permitted by applicable law, the experimental service is supplied as available without warranties of uninterrupted operation, accuracy, fitness for a particular purpose or the safety or value of external assets. You remain responsible for choices you make using external wallets and contracts.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, the operator is not responsible for losses resulting from third-party contracts, independently deployed tokens, network failures or your disclosure of wallet credentials, and excludes liability for indirect or consequential loss. Nothing excludes liability for fraud, deliberate misconduct or any responsibility or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded. Mandatory consumer and privacy rights continue to apply.

14 / Updates, access and surviving rights

The version and publication date appear on this page. Material changes will be reflected in an updated version. The wallet agreement is requested on each new connection; existing page-memory acceptance does not establish acceptance of undisclosed future transaction features. New signing, trading, inference or deployment functionality requires a separate implementation and updated disclosures.

You may stop using the interface and disconnect at any time. Ending access does not affect independent on-chain holdings or transactions. If a provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to apply to the extent permitted by law. These terms do not impose mandatory arbitration or waive non-waivable rights to bring a claim in a competent court.
